Welcome to dbpk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dbpk platform and all related services. When you create an account on dbpk or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read this document in full. 1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words are used with the meanings given below:

• "Platform" means the dbpk website, related software, mobile version, and all services provided.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on dbpk and uses the platform.
• "Account" means a registered user's personal profile through which all platform services can be accessed.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in an account.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional funds received as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means funds spent to participate in any game or sports event.
• "Terms" means this entire document and any amendments added to it in the future.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

dbpk services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration. dbpk reserves the right to initiate an age verification process at any time. If it is established that a minor has used the platform, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses accumulated will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration — including your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dbpk conducts identity verification to ensure a safe environment. dbpk may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence for withdrawal requests or other purposes. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to [email protected].
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• Make sure to log out of your session after using a public or shared device.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at dbpk is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed on the account before a withdrawal request can be processed.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• If any active investigation is ongoing on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on dbpk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dbpk is not responsible for any charges imposed by the payment method itself.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dbpk offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any abuse of the dbpk bonus system — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or placing manipulative bets — is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspected abuse, dbpk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

dbpk uses software from certified game providers to ensure fair play. The outcome of every game is determined randomly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete or an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or network error, dbpk reserves the right to verify and, if necessary, correct the result after a technical investigation. Server logs will be considered the definitive record.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets in the sports betting section, read the markets and odds carefully. The rules for specific events will be displayed in the relevant section. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, the applicable rules will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:

1. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
2. Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
3. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
4. Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
5. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
6. Using abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward platform staff.
7. Operating an account under a false identity.
8. Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure at dbpk's Initiative

dbpk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious financial transactions.
• If identity verification documents are not provided.
• In response to any security-related risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dbpk will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disruption or network issues.
• Problems arising from the failure or delay of third-party payment methods.
• A game session being disrupted due to the user's own device or connection.
• Direct or indirect, special or consequential loss related to the use of the platform.

dbpk always strives to maintain a high standard of service, but it is not possible to guarantee uninterrupted service on the platform. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The protection of your personal information is of great importance to dbpk. How your information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

• Limited information may be shared with partner organisations for payment verification and security purposes.
• SSL encryption secures all data transfers.

11. Responsible Gaming

dbpk places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction.

• You can set a deposit limit on your account at any time.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily step away from the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

dbpk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address and clearly communicated on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you have accepted the new Terms.

If you object to any change, you may request account closure — the process is described in section 8.1.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Filing a Complaint

13.2 Decision

After the investigation is complete, dbpk will issue a final decision. In technical matters, server logs and technical records will be considered the final evidence.
